What’s the “Disinformation Dozen”?

Associated Press

This week, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki and Fox News “journalist” and nepotism-hire Peter Doocy (whose daddy Steve hosts Fox & Friends), got into a back-and-forth regarding 12 social media accounts that are responsible for most of the vaccine disinformation circulating on Facebook and Twitter.

What was she talking about?

What Psaki was referring to was a March report by the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) that found those 12 accounts have 59 million followers combined across platforms, and of the 812,000 Facebook posts and tweets containing vaccine disinformation that it analyzed, 65% of them were attributable to the “Disinformation Dozen,” as the CCDH called them.

Who are they?

Most of the dozen are unknown names to those of us not worried about microchips in the vaccine or a child-molesting cabal running the world, save for one guy: Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the controversial son of Robert F. Kennedy and nephew of our 35th president.

The 12 names are listed on page four of the full report here.
